The Shelbourne Hotel - Mechanical Installation

The landmark 5* Shelbourne Hotel, which was founded in 1824 is located on St. Stephens Green in Dublin and managed since January 2004 by the international hotel chain Marriott. The hotel, a protected structure on a confined city centre site underwent a complete refurbishment in 2018. The mechanical services installation works by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. included the refurbishment to eighty bespoke hotel bedrooms and luxury suites including bathrooms. The installation consisted of all new sanitary ware and new radiators. The project was carried out 20 bedrooms per phase over sixteen weeks.
