The Castleknock Hotel - Mechanical Installation

Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. were chosen to complete the mechanical services installation at the €7 Million refurbishment and expansion plan at the The Castleknock Hotel and Country Club in West Dublin. The Hotel is a four star country hotel located approximately two kilometres from Castleknock Village, between The Phoenix Park and Blanchardstown. The live works installation included a new Air Handling Unit to the roof along with new AC, ductwork and ventilation to 46 new rooms. Also included were a number of split systems to the premises, water services, plumbing to multiple toilet cores and numerous other works onsite. All works were completed by Alpha Mechanical to ensure the minimal disruption to guests and patrons onsite.

  • Daikin VRV system.

  • LPHW systems.

  • Water services.

  • Sanitary ware installation.

  • Soils and wastes.

  • Ventilation systems - Swimming pool AHU, Toilet extract.

  • Building Energy Management System.

  • Fire smoke damper installation.
