Staycity Aparthotels is a modern hospitality company that provides “home from home” apartment holiday accommodation with over 4000 keys at properties in 20 locations. Alpha FM carries out HVAC maintenance on their properties including AC units, Air Handling units & gas fired water heaters.

The Metro Hotel is one of many hotels that Alpha FM carries out reactive maintenance, repairs and upgrade projects for. The Metro Hotel is a well established and newly refurbished hotel based near Dublin airport. Originating in Japan, Astellas is a large Multinational pharmaceutical corporation with a large focus on Oncology and cancer related pharmaceuticals. Alpha FM have been delighted to have done and continue do work at the Astellas base in Dublin. Specifically, we have been involved in Air Conditioning maintenance, upgrade and refurbishment works and we hope to continue into the future.
Educate Together/Schools
We provide a complete range of HVAC services to a wide range of primary & secondary schools around the country including national schools, Educate Together schools (ETNS) and private institutions. Currently we are delivering HVAC solutions to both the heating services and water services required. This includes all heating plant (boilers, pumps etc), water services plant (booster sets, tank cleaning & chlorination) and ventilation (AHUs, extract fans).
