Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd & Alpha Facilities Maintenance Ltd recognises that its greatest assets are its employees and, to this end, we endeavour to promote a spirit of cooperation, participation and partnership within all aspects of our business. In this spirit we must continue to develop our own ethos on Health & Safety and implement suitable policies for securing the Safety and Health at work of all our employees.
Alpha Mechanical services recognise Health and Safety as a core business activity and, as such, have adopted a proactive approach to Health, Safety and Welfare within our organisation through the continual development, implementation and maintenance of our safety management system. We are a Safe-T-Cert accredited company since 2004 and have achieved ‘A’ Grading following an independent audit.
We have, on three occasions, entered submissions to the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) All Ireland Safety Awards winning an award on each occasion including one in a prestigious category.

A Proactive Approach
We know that all accidents, injuries, and incidents are preventable and we constantly operate towards that goal, never losing sight of the importance of our Health & Safety strategy across our business. We are driven not only to meet our legal obligations but to exceed them. Our culture encourages and empowers each and every employee to take charge of their own and others health & safety.
It is the expressed wish of the Management that the activities of Alpha Mechanical Services & Alpha Facilities Maintenance through its employees will become synonymous throughout all our activities with best practices in Health & Safety as well as inherent to our practices now and in the future. We encourage all of our employees and partners to work towards this aim at all times, by being aware of any potential hazards and by implementing and adhering to the policies and procedures detailed in the company's Safety Statement fully on a day-to-day basis.
