WeWork - Mechanical Installation

The WeWork mechanical services installations by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. were at various locations in Dublin working with main contractor IIS Space. The scope of works included the mechanical installations to the full office fit-out over each floor, including multiple restrooms, reception, canteen area, T stations and comms rooms.

MECHANICAL SERVICES INSTALLATION:

• LPHW System.

• Air Handling Units.

• Comms room air conditioning units.

• Fire smoke damper installation.

• Water services - Soils and wastes.

• Ventilation Systems - Heat recovery AHU, Toilet extract, Fire rated ductwork.
