Rothco/Accenture - Mechanical Services Installation
The 45, 000 sq. ft. mechanical services project by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. for creative agency Rothco/Accenture in Dublin was delivered within a programme of eight months working with main contractor T&I Fitouts. The works involved significant structural modifications to the building coupled with highly coordinated mechanical services exposed at high level. Works included a full office fit-out over two floors, Cat A and B, restroom areas, reception, canteen areas and back of house.
