DUBLIN - MECHANICAL STRIP OUT/INSTALLATION

 

Harbourmaster Place - Mechanical Installation

The mechanical services project by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. at Harbourmaster Place in Dublin involved a full strip out of the existing HVAC & mechanical services and replacement of AHU’s, chillers, pumps and water tanks to complete a new landlord roof plant to serve the complete building. The 37, 000 sq. ft. CAT A office fit-out was over two floors and included restrooms, reception and open plan offices.

MECHANICAL SERVICES INSTALLATION:  

  • New fan coil units.

  • New boilers.

  • LPHW system - New chilled water throughout.

  • New mains water and cold water storage tanks.

  • Water services.

  • Sanitary ware installation - Soils and wastes.

  • Ventilation systems comprising 3 new heat recovery AHU’s, Toilet extract.

  • Fire smoke damper installation.

  • Building Energy Management System.
